The idea behind TMM Data was born from a web analytics system implementation fail. Failure of an easy way to create new marketing campaigns, failure over how to easily integrate campaigns with other systems, and the desire to simplify the day-to-day complexity of the marketing team. The rest of the story follows the classic start-up story.
We spent long nights writing code and working to evangelize the idea that there is a better way to integrate marketing data than working with a shared spreadsheet or a closed vendor system. Our vision is to solve a classic marketing and web analytics professionals’ problem – a simple way to create, manage, share, and access marketing campaign data. Bob Selfridge and Chris Walsh have over 20 years of experience in the marketing and technology industries. Our simple goal is to help marketing teams manage their marketing campaigns and maximize their web analytics investment.
Bob has managed web development and design teams. He is an expert in systems design and development and remains very active in his local community. Chris Walsh has been a marketer his entire career. He worked leading online and direct marketing companies including VC backed companies (Alliance Health Networks) and leading brands (Penn State’s online campus) where he was responsible for all branding and customer acquisition efforts.
